I can’t reach support for the problem I am having and the robot will not provide me assistance I need. I am not able to access payment information and writing increasingly desperate prompts to the robot accomplishes nothing.

My payment details are in another users account but we can’t access that account. I need a receipt for the transaction and ultimately I want to cancel the site.

WordPress.com can’t and won’t give you logincredentials of another account. You must restore access to the account the billing was made to, by using the Transaction ID at https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery
