  I accidentally upgraded to a larger plan – $599.40
  Please help me cancel. I took the 84% off plan mistaking it for the price for this year and now I can’t do it myself.

  If possible, downgrade me to the 299 plan I had previously or else just refund it. I’ll address the sites that caused the recent overages.

  Ok, I figured out how to refund it. I tried top buy a cheaper plan but it errored out. There was a problem with your payment. Please contact support quoting error 72738130/HHRRUI.

  Can you help me buy the $250-$299 plan I had? I can resolve the weird overages from last couple months. Not sure what that’s about.
