Need Billing Phone Number

  I am trying to renew my account and it’s not going through. Not a credit card issue, seems to be something with the WordPress site. I need to talk with someone in billing but cannot find any way to contact them. Does anyone have a phone number? Thanks.

  Hi –

  WordPress.com support is offered online only. Please remember, that if you are trying to renew an upgrade, you have to be logged into the account that originally made that purchase. Once logged in correctly, you can renew an upgrade via your manage purchases page https://wordpress.com/purchases

  If you feel that you are still in need of staff assistance, you can type ‘modlook’ and add it as a tag in the side bar. This will notify staff that you are in need of their assistance, they will then contact you here.

  I would be happy to assist you in cancelling and renewing your purchase. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into renewing the subscription purchase. What upgrade is in need of renewing and what WordPress.com blog URL is it associated with?
