Need Billing Reciept

  I need the receipt for our student newspaper’s annual renewal, but because I have a personal wordpress.com domain, my user account keeps pulling up my billing history rather than the other domain’s billing history. How can I get the billing history of an account for which I’m also an administrator?

  Hi there,

  That domain is registered under a different account, lchilltopnews. Even if you’re an admin on the site, you’re not the upgrade owner, and we can’t give you access to the billing info for another account. This includes the receipt, as the receipt contains information that would allow you to reset the account’s password and gain access to it.

  Only the person logged in as lchilltopnews will be able to access the billing history for that domain.
