Need Business Account

    Set up a free account the other day, as I wasn’t sure what level of service I needed and I want to upgrade to a business account, but I cant figure out how to do so. Can you help please? Having a developer build my web site and he needs the account info and will port in my domain name.

    Hi @srazek, sure thing. You should be able to use this link to sign up for a Business Plan. Choose to create a site and you’ll have this upgrade option:

    After that, you can click here to add your developer as a site administrator. We have more details on roles in this article.

    As the plan purchaser, you’ll be the one with direct access to tech support, and you’ll have authority over your upgrades and the site itself. Does that help? We’d be happy to answer any questions that come up! And once you’ve got your paid plan, you can access support directly here.
