  If you want FTP access and to install plugins or third party themes into a site then you will have to hire a web host http://wordpress.org/hosting/ and set up your own WordPress.org install.

  There is no FTP access and no blogger installed plugin capability on any free hosted WordPress.com blogs.

  There is no FTP access and no blogger installed plugin capability on WordPress.COM blogs.

  Only WordPress.ORG installs have FTP access and blogger installed plugin capability.

  Are you clear on that yet?

  Sorry, but we cannot add plugins to WordPress.COM sites. If that calculator is essential to you, then you’ll need to self host.

  Then post to the correct support forum please. This is the WordPress.COM support forum. You need to post to the WordPress.ORG support forum for help with your site because it is not hosted by WordPress.COM.

  WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate and have different logins and support forums http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.
