I have been billed 18$, I need to cancel but my purchase history shows nothing. Bottom line, I need this gone!

To save you time we can try to determine relevant details such as which upgrade, which site URL and which username account is this about.
How many username accounts and sites do you have? Maybe you failed to cancel one and disable auto renew.
