Need Cancellation & Refund

Hi there, I am brand new to WordPress and I mistakenly registered a few days ago on wordpress.com with a business account and got charged the $299 for doing so. I now understand that I was never supposed to go to wordpress.com, but rather go to Bluehost, pay the rate to host my domain “augustloveaffair.com”, and then install the WordPress SOFTWARE there. Basically, I am already all set up with the domain that I actually need, and I duplicated my steps.
I have no intention of using my augustloveaffair.wordpress.com blog, so I wish to cancel my registration. Can someone please assist me with refunding my money?

WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.

Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.Provided you are logged in under the same username account that registered the blog and purchased the upgrades, and you are within the window of time allowed for a refund, you will be able to request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades
