  Hi – I cancelled my domain seoulfulseeker but it seems to RENEW my account again, nor do I have any payments but somehow it went through my Paypal. I need to cancel this.

  Did you already check what that charge is about at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/?
  You find on the same page a form to contact the Billing Team.

  I’m not seeing any upgrades associated with the WordPress.com user account you are posting from. This typically happens when you’ve ended up with a second WordPress.com user account and that second account is the one that owns the upgrade. You’ll need to log into THAT account in order to make any changes.
