Need CNAME entry

I am confused about how to do CNAME additions to a WordPress.com site that is registered with GoDaddy. I have added the Nameservers NS1.wordpress.com, etc, but now I need to add a CNAME to “verify” my ownership of the site.
My CNAME needs to be ec4b4eb50552b38290d179640febcef0 and have the value of verify.bing.com.
I have tried doing this on GoDaddy, but they tell me that since the name servers point to WordPress.com they cannot add a CNAME.
If this is not possible, please tell me what other options I might have to accomplish this.
