Need "company news" plugin / module

    I have a custom-coded “latest news” plugin on my site but it only allows plain text to be entered, and does not allow spacing, bullets or any other content. I need the ability to format the page with images, etc… It doesn’t have to be WYSIWYG but if I could add a news item, and then have some kind of editor that would allow me to edit the page as if it was html or something, that would be awesome.

    Are there any plugins that can provide functionality like this? Web searches for “news plugin”, “corporate news”, “company news” and the like have yielded nothing but RSS or ticker-style news plugins.
