Need complete deletion

  I need to completely delete all association of an email address with WordPress. I successfully deleted a blog but cannot delete the basis. PLEASE HELP. I am beyond frustrated. There really need to be another delete option in the basic Profile menu under Account Settings. This is ridiculous.
