  I need confirmation that by purchasing the business plan I won’t have to pay for premium theme, that it’s included in my yearly cost.

  Go for it! :)
  When you upgrade your account to a business plan you have unlimited access to all the premium themes(also the theme’s that are specifically tailored for businesses). So yes, they are free and you can use/change them anytime you want.

  On a site with the Premium or Business plan, you can switch to any premium theme at no extra cost, as many times as you’d like.
