Need confirmation for changed email

Hey there,
I’ve requested a change to my contact email from (email visible only to moderators and staff) to (email visible only to moderators and staff). I’m closing down the katie makes site, email etc. I’ve checked the email from you about the proposed change, sent to (email visible only to moderators and staff) and it had no link or action required. When I go to my settings though, it still says, awaiting confirmation.
I am shutting down my (email visible only to moderators and staff) email today or soon so I need the change to be made ASAP.

Did you receive a notice at your JoyFactory email asking for confirmation? I just resent it to your account. Please let me know if you don’t receive it!
