need content to be at different site

    I ended up with two web pages with similar names, ruthannbaker and ruthannbakerlmp
    recently a friend has helped me out an updated my site. Unfortunatly she used the lmp site and I published the other ruthannbaker.com on my business cards. is there a way to tranfter or combine content? I am a great massage therapist, not so good on the computer.

    You can create an export file from one blog and import those copies into the other.

    1. Log into the old blog, go to Tools → Export, and download the XML (WXR) file to your computer.

    2. In the new blog, go to Tools → Import → WordPress, and upload the file you downloaded in step 1. After you upload the file, you can choose the option to Download & import file attachments if you want to move your media files. http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/

    To change blog visibility on the blog your don’t want to use go to > Settings > Reading. See the guide here http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings/

    IMPORTANT NOTE: Changing blog visibility settings, deleting blog content and deleting blogs does not remove any indexed content from the SERPs (search engine page results). Google and Bing only clear their caches of deleted indexed content that produces a 404 (page not found) every 3 – 6 months.
