Need CSR

    Our domain fullframe.dailypress.com is set to expired March 9, tomorrow. The original admin who set up the domain no longer works at Daily Press Media Group (which is owned by Tribune Publishing.) I’ve been told by help desk that we need support from WordPress on getting a new CSR for Tribune to purchase a new certificate for fullframe.dailypress.com.

    Hi there,

    Are you referring to domain registration for fullframe.dailypress.com or domain mapping? I check the account that the domain was under and it is only mapped with WordPress.com, not registered. It is currently registered with Mark Monitor, Inc.

    If you were concerned about the mapping expiring, it was renewed recently for another year. I can transfer the mapping subscription over to you if the account owner is no longer with the company. Just let me know. If you are concerned about registration, you will need to contact Mark Monitor to renew the domain – although, from the whois records, the domain is renewed through October 2018.
