Provided you have installed and activated the JetPack plugin, Staff can do this for you. I tagged this thread for their assistance. Please subscribe to it so you are notified when they respond.

Then all that’s required is your patience while waiting for Staff to work their way forward to this thread.

Hi jackjax007,
I have moved your WordPress.com and email followers, and your stats, to your new Jetpack enabled site. Your Polldaddy account is part of the same WordPress.com account, so you should be able to use it on your new site. Likes cannot be moved over, and some of your site setup will need to be redone on your end, such as setting a background image.

There is no Reader in the WordPress.org install. Are you clear on that? If you are then where would one move followers using the WordPress.com Reader to?
-
I suggest you remove this from your sidebar:
Add me to your reader!
RSS – Posts
RSS – CommentsThen I suggest that you publish a single post on your WordPress.com blog requesting those who presently follow your WordPress.com blog in their WordPress.com Reader to please subscribe to your new WordPress.org install and provide the link to it. Set the blog to display only that 1 post here > Settings > Reading
-
Then can you undo everything that you’ve done and give me my followers back. I want to keep the.com instead of go to .org

Hi there,
People can follow both WordPress.com and self-hosted blogs via the Reader, so those who are following via email and WordPress.com are transferred (the WordPress.com followers will still receive updates via the Reader itself). Those following via Facebook and Twitter will need to follow your new site on their own.
If your goal is to move your site, then everything should work fine from here.

@jackiedana
Thanks for clarifying that. Bookmarked!@jackkjax007
Sorry and best wishes with your new site. -
Hey I appreciate everything you’ve done and I know this is going to be really annoying but I like the .com site better. It’s easier to use for me. So if you don’t mind, I would like to stick with the .com site. Can we move everything back, please?

@jackkjax007: I’ve reset your stats and queued up the follower migration back to your .com blog. Hopefully everything is back to the way it was shortly.
@timethief: Sure thing. It’s noted at: “you can now read posts from all the blogs you follow (even the ones that aren’t on WordPress.com) in one convenient place on the WordPress.com home page” on the Reader support doc, http://en.support.wordpress.com/reader/
