Hi there,
Just wanted to inquire which hosting services are the one you are trying to import your blog at? You would have to contact the Hosting services.
And, if it’s WordPress.com, the process here is quite simple. Have a look here : https://en.support.wordpress.com/import/
At wordpress.com, you are not required to access the database in order to import your blog.Let me know if you have any questions about this.

I am exporting my WordPress site (abrahamkonga.com) to Bluehost. I have followed these steps, but my content will not show when accessing my site within Bluehost. Bluehost support told me that I also need the SQL file, and that I should request it from WordPress.

Hi, I would still like support in the transfer process, as I have already followed the instructions but my website is not showing its content on the new host. Bluehost said they could help but that they need the database file from wordpress, and I don’t know where/how I can download/export that file from my site (Abrahamkonga.com).

Are you following the instructions here https://move.wordpress.com/ regarding moving your domain etc. You can only export the content you created as an xml file from a WordPress.com site. You’d need to install the WordPress.org version of your theme at your new site (link found at the bottom of https://wordpress.com/theme/pique).
