    Hi there, I designed a whole site and the project got paused, and now I’m coming back in and all of the site design is gone – is this because I was bumped back down to a free plan? Need to get that design back! Thanks

    Hi there!

    You’re correct. The site was reverted (and lost its custom themes/plugins) when the Business plan was canceled, as the free plan does not support those features.

    But there’s good news! We still have backups of your site, so you can upgrade your site, activate hosting features, and restore your site to an earlier version.

    To do this, first, please upgrade to the WordPress.com Business plan:
