Somehow I opened an account for my wife, and paid for it, and it turned out to be a new account instead of for my wife, and I dont know oif her information was lost or not.

I have decided to stay with the new account and rework it for my wife’s
site, Unfortunately I paid for premium, $99 and I think the new site
may ask for more money? There seems to be no record of m y wifes
information which I thought I was paying for. How can this be checked out? -

Shirley Vogel is the site I tried to set up premium and paid for, but
somehow in the translation we lost the password and inadvertently
ended up obtaining the lucky46 (site?) which we don’t want. So we cant do anything if we cant get back into my site Shirleyvogel. -
There are millions of us bloggers and it will take time for Staff to work their way forward through all threads tagged got their attention before I tagged this one. Please subscribe to the thread so you receive an email notification when Staff get here and find something else to do in between.

You must be logged in under the exact same username account that registered a blog to access it.
Log out, clear your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and cookies. https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies and login under the correct username account.
The Admin login link to the dashboard for every blog hosted by wordpress.COM is:

So I can’t access it even though it appears to be associated with
the lucky46x which keeps appearing instead when I type in Shirley vogel -

I have tried for two days everyting suggessted up to clearning my browser and trying to log into shirleyvogel which password I can’t remember, and when I say forgot password, I get an email saying that someone has tried to change the password for lucky46x which actually does exist (that’s the only way I can sign in). So we have decided to stop the whole process and if there is anyway you can facilitate refunding our $99 dollars it would be appreciated. Sorry to have cause problems at your end. I ithink I started the whole problem by typing an extra l on my wife’s, but I got it corrected though it seems to late. Thank you for your patience.
