Need different MENU font from Body TEXT font

  After I upgraded to the premium version of Big Brother, the new changes in the font styling make the text of my regular page-writing font and the font of the main menu eerily reversed. Ideally, I want my Blog Title t be the LARGEST FONT, the Menu to be a Middle- Sized font, and actual general body-writing-text to be a NORMAL font size.
  Basically, for someone who knows nothing about CSS, I need to make the font of my main menu items larger, please.

  Hi there, let’s start with this and see how far this gets us. The first rule is the menu font size and the second is the body font size. Adjust as desired.

  .wf-active .main-navigation {
      font-size: 18px;
  }
  .wf-active body {
      font-size: 14px;
  }
