Need direct email address for WordPress

  Hi,
  My school email was changed before i was able to change it on my WordPress account. So any communication to ‘change my password’ goes to the ‘old’ email account. And I don’t qualify for any of the three ‘proofs of ownership.’ Help please! (thank you!) scott

  What is the address of the site, or the username of the account you’re trying to access?

  If you cannot provide any proof of ownership that we specify at shttps://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/, then we won’t be able to give you access to the account. We do not make any exceptions in this regard.

  In that case the only other option is to ask your school to temporarily reactivate your old email address so you can regain access to your account that way.
