  Hi i am trying to use ecwid, witch i have spended hours adding over 500 products. It says it is not supported with word press.com.
  Can i switch to wordpress.org. and how ??

  Yes, we used to support ECWID along with a few other e-commerce options, but not any longer.

  We have a support page that provides step by step instructions on how to move your site over to WordPress.org:

  As Darnell mentioned, you can move your site to WordPress.org using a special tool.

  As for your Ecwid store, you will be able to add the same store to your new WordPress.org site using our native plugin for WordPress. The plugin has Ecwid control panel built in the WordPress.org admin dashborad so you will be able to manage your site and your store in one place. It also supports a whole bunch of awesome features.
