Need email address for my org’s account

A quick overview of the issue:
-A former employee’s credit card was charged for my org’s WordPress account. We need to update our billing info, and refund that person’s credit card.
-No one knows what email address to use to log into our WordPress account to do that. We’ve tried every email we know of.Can I get some help?

There’s a domain mapping upgrade for that domain on our system, though the site you see at that domain is not hosted with us, but rather with Google.
We can only cancel that mapping upgrade and its connected plan, and refund the recent renewal payment, if either requested by WordPress.com username who owns those upgrades, or if contacted directly by the owner of the credit card that was used to pay for the upgrade. We cannot do this at a third party’s request under any circumstances.
If you have the payment details that were used for this payment you can contact our billing support team directly using the form at http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/?whywasi=charged to request a refund.
Otherwise, the owner of that upgrade will need to log into their WordPress.com account and either cancel the upgrades themselves from the Purchases page, or else contact support so we can help them with this.

I don’t think you understand what I’m looking for. I am in need of the email address, name, or some other identifier in order to locate the account owner with WordPress. I need an invoice in order to refund the person being charged, and she cannot retrieve one, because she is not the account owner.
We do not know who the owner of the account is, and it is our company’s name showing up on our former employee’s credit card statement with the WordPress charge. We have no access to this account, and this former employee is not the owner. Her credit card is simply being charged. I can verify who I am and my organization’s affiliation with the website.
As an aside, we are being charged for a service that we shouldn’t be paying for, as we already pay for WordPress through our web administrator at Push Designs. In all likelihood, this account simply needs to be cancelled.
