Need EPP Authorization Code

  I am trying to get the EPP authorization code for my wordpress site, so I can transfer it Blue Host.

  I followed the instructions provided and clicked on a link, which after clicking told me an email would be sent with the code.

  I waited 48 hours and did not receive the email. It was not in my spam or inbox. I then tried to send message via the wordpress support chat, which ended up sending me to some company called wptangerine.com. The person told me I had to pay $90 to fix the “problem” I have screenshots of the entire conversation, which got very rude on their part.

  Long story short, I am simply trying STILL to get the EPP code. Can you help?

  Whoa… you went from the WordPress.com support chat to another site? Where you here when you started? :
  https://wordpress.com/help/contact

  If not, definitely use that spot going forward, and I would go ahead and use that now, to ask for the email with the code to be resent.

  I would also confirm that your email address is correct here, first:
  https://wordpress.com/me/account

  And you may request the code to be resent, per the Instruction document:

  If you didn’t receive the email, make sure the email address on file for your domain is correct. You can send the code again from the Transfer Domain page by clicking the Resend Transfer Code button.

  Hello Christine and “gemmacevans”!

  Thank you so much for your help. I have one last question. I am now paranoid after what I’ve been through and so here’s my question.

  Once I transfer over to a new host with my domain name, will I lose all of my previous blog posts, or will the archive of my blog migrate as well?

  Staff here can also move your stats after you install Jetpack. Simply post again for them to do that.
