Hi –
In order to work on that domain you’ll need to get signed in under the getsfintech user account.
The domain was registered on December 26th of 2019 so it is eligible for a transfer. However, you have to sign in to that other account in order to achieve this.

Is it possible if you could change the getsfintech user account to (email visible only to moderators and staff)? The previous account tied to this getsfintech has have been de-activated and I want to do a password reset?

I have tried the account recovery form (unable to do so) and have dropped an email to passwordhelp@wordpress.com. I have not gotten a response.
Do let me know what else you need from me. I just need to change my nameserver of my server, to do so, I need the EPP authorization code.

Is it possible for your admin to unlock the domain transfer from your end? Or, provide me the EPP code?

Please don’t send in additional queries or follow-ups to an existing one – that could actually make it take longer for someone to get back to you, as new replies on an existing ticket causes it to go back to the bottom of the queue.
