need exclude page from navigation menu plugin

want to hide a certain page I created from showing up in the navigation menu in oxygen theme……………
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Howdy,
You can do this through Custom Menus. You can have any link in a menu you’d like!
If you have any questions, please let me know. Cheers!

Hi there, thanks for your reply.
However, since I am using the oxygen theme, it already has a navigation menu incorporated into the theme….. and I cannot use the menu feature as you mentioned to override the existing menu……If you go to munir-home.com you will see that i created a page called “page to hide” and that is the exact page i don’t want to appear on my navigation menu…..

Hi,
You can still use the custom menus. When creating the menu, ensure the right “theme location” box is checked at the bottom:
https://cloudup.com/c7uRrZ3NoszI put one together real quick for you as an example that’s being used now instead of the built-in menu:

hi kraftbj,
I ran into another problem that you may be able to solve!
My webpage formatting looks perfectly fine on desktop, but once I access it from a mobile phone or ipad, the formatting is completely messed up! You can see the text is not justified and wraps around my images on my home page. Do you have a solution for this?I want my webpage to look exactly on mobile as on desktop. Is this possible?
Thanks!

Happy new year!
There’s not really anything that can be done there—it is intended behavior. What’s happening is that your images are set to align right, which means they will float right of any text and, when the text is longer than the height of the images, wrap under them.
In your case, when viewing your site when the browser is taking the whole screen, it works out so there’s nothing to wrap under the images. If you make your browser window “thinner” on your desktop, you’ll see the same wrap effect.
In other words, your site is displaying the same on both, but the iPad and mobile phone are displaying your site at a reduced width, so the wrapping is being used since the text is long enough to merit it.
With the Custom Design upgrade, there may be some CSS tweaking that would increase the padding under the image that is reserved before the text wraps, which could “force” the text not to wrap until a height that your text would be under, even on mobile.
Cheers!

Happy New Year to you too!
I was able to overcome a lot of html struggles these 2 weeks…..
I had to use a cheesy way to solve the word wraping problem mentioned above by turning the text into jpeg…….not a sophistcated solution but works for now :)I am also able to squeeze images to fit across a page on the mobile vversion (just like on desktop), instead of them positioning one on top of another, simply editing the width of the image to say “20%” in the img src =”xxxxx” code. HOWEVER, since i am using the caption below image fuction to put prices under my furniture, i dont know how to edit the code for the images to layout exactly as on desktop . Would you happen to know how to solve this? Thanks a bunch, as always!
-
Because the code for the caption under image is much more complex than normal img scr code
-
a) The Text editor doesn’t display the real code of captioned images, it displays a WP-specific formula called a shortcode. You can’t modify it. To modify a captioned image you’d need to replace the shortcode with the real code. I can show you, if you wish, but it’s complicated, and not worth the trouble, in my opinion.
b) It seems you’re trying to do whatever you can to go against the theme. Oxygen has two sidebars but you don’t need them. The distinctive feature of Oxygen is its posts slider but you’re not using it. On all responsive themes the layout has to be variable but you’re trying to make it fixed. If you don’t like the way responsive themes work, why don’t you simply select a fixed-width theme?
