Need Features Slide Show In Center (Real Grand Theme)

Hi,
I want the featured slide slow (which is mostly seen in custom wordpress theme (showcased on http://www.newwpthemes.com). I don’t need a sidebar so I deleted the whole code present in sidebar.php. I would like the slide show to be shown in the center of the page. Also the content on other pages is appearing left aligned. i would like everything in center.

We do not have FTP access to wordpress.com blogs and no themes or plugins can be uploaded into them. See > http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

http://visiblehandco.com/destressla/ is not a wordpress.COM blog, it is self-hosted and need to ask over at http://wordpress.ORG/support/ . That is where self-hosted wordpress blogs are supported.
