need for UAM and Subscribe2 plugins

  Hi there, can we please enable these two plugins?

  UAM: restrict some parts of the site content to certain user groups or members.

  Subscribe2: notify users of new posts/comments, similar to email list functions.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  or are there other similar plugins we can use that can be enabled? access control and mailing list functions are quite useful for other blogs too.
