Need FTP information (lost acces to website and admin page)

Dear.
a friend of mine have,s a website url http://www.happyherbi.com
i was trying to update her theme.
when i updated the theme the website was unreachable and the same for the admin page.
i did some research and figured out i need to rename the theme and the only way to do this is by ftp.
i tried filezilla but i couldn,t connect to sever.
can u please help me put this site back on.
by providing me the ftp login information or another solution?
you can send this information to mailadres (email visible only to moderators and staff) which is also the registered mailadres for her website.
please help me out

This is wordpress.COM where we do not have FTP access to our sites.
