  I have try to get HTML text lang. code from google devloper g+ badge site and also try to add on my blogs sidebar , but its not working so please guide me further.

  You might be trying to add a bad or scripted code there. The script is not allowed here on wordpress.com.
  Try this code. Edit it as you like and paste it to text widget on your blog.
