Need help!

  I just got a message from wordpress.com saying my premium account will automatically renew for $99 in 5 days. However, when I go into my account settings, it says nothing about having a premium account and the last item in my billing history was for only $26 (not for a premium account). I am totally confused at this point about who is hosting my blog and what services I am paying wordpress.com for, etc. I need some support from a technician but there seems to be no way to contact anyone!
