  I have asked 10 days ago for my $99 back. The man said that it would be refunded in 3-5 days and I have yet to receive it.

  I checked and confirmed that your purchase has indeed been refunded. However, the official time frame is 7-10 business days for your refund to reflect on your bank statement.

  Please let me know if you do not see it after that time frame and I would be happy to look further into this for you.

  Thank you for looking into this for me. Unfortunately, I still have yet to receive my refund. It has now been 15 days…

  I checked and Paypal did process the refund for the full $99. Can you check with your bank and confirm that the refund was not processed on your end?
