need help

I want to do anything with the site – delete, import, export, work with it, but I always red color shows any violations, and this inscription. what do I do? I read the manual and can’t figure out what I broke. but let’s say it’s not a mistake and I broke something – what am I supposed to do? I want to fix the situation, but how? don’t give me anything to do with the site. if I broke, how can I remove it? maybe I shifted wrong information out of ignorance, wanting to fix it, but I have no rights. what do I do in this situation?
