  Hello,
  I’m trying to set up a form with a checkbox to link it to PayPal. Preferably a free link. I need to have multiple check boxes in this form as well as the standard name address stuff. Is there a form out there I can use?

  Hi @aterorob,

  You can use the built-in Jetpack form.

  When you’re on a new page, next to ‘Insert content’, click on the arrow icon and select the ‘Add Contact Form’. This where you can create and customize your form.
