Need help.

I want to upgrade my blog to the business plan.
But I don’t think that is gonna be the right move because I am not getting enough help from WordPress staff.
I am really disappointed and frustrated.
How can I pay the bucks to upgrade my plan because first of all my site disappeared and I posted a question about it in the forum and they said they cannot do anything about it.And then one day my blog automatically started but then I am not able to follow any blog due to which I posted my problem here. So the staff said I get personal email and when I got email and when I replied. They are not responding my email.
So how can I invest money in upgrading plan when my problem is not resolving.

Hello again, Just to clarify your comments, suspended sites are only handled by the Terms of Service team and you were directed to them. Your site was reinstated following your contact with them.
Regarding your email correspondence on the following issue with Staff, please be patient for Staff to reply. Do not send multiple responses to the same email from WordPressdotcom as that actually delays the issue because the system believes you are still giving them information.
When you post in the forums, if it is on the same topic, please keep your questions to a single thread, because opening multiple threads on the same topic makes it harder to track progress. https://en.forums.wordpress.com/users/thoughtspenwords/topics/
About upgrading, unless you really need all the added features of the Business plan upgrade, I would suggest upgrading to the Personal plan, which also gives you direct support from Staff by Live Chat when available and email.
