Need Help

    I’ve been tryint to get help since yesterday but looks like its impossible. I created a paid website, and I tried to select the option to get help, it says the user and email are not valid. Really don’t understand whats going on, probably the database is not updated yet since I created like 6 hours ago. I’ve been trying to create the website, and there are a lot of things that simply don’t work. For example I’ve been trying literally for hours to do a simple thing like placing my logo in the middle of the page, which is not even in the options. All I can do is resize the size of the logo. So I searched videos on youtube, I see there are ways to do that using plusing like beaver builder which I installed, but it only works on certain themes. Theres also the possibility to do it using the Elementor Pro 2.0 which is a paid service that I don’t have.
    I really hope you guys can help me finding a way to solve this problem. You can check my website at

    You will see that my logo is in the left side of the page, which doesnt even make any sense. I want to put it in the center, and have 3 of the menus options in the left side of the logo, and the other 3 options of the menu in the right side. That should be an easy thing to do, but apparently it is not. I will be waiting for your reply as soon as possible, cause I can’t really move on to continue creating the site without solving that problem first. Thanks for the attention.

    Hello there, it seems that your site is not hosted on WordPress.com but a self-hosted site using the open source WordPress software.

    For your logo position, you can either achieve it by using CSS customization or choose another theme that places the logo at the center of the page.
