  Hi, I just opened this word press account yesterday and I mistakenly choose a purchase domain, but would have loved to be on the free domain for now.
  Would you guys help take me back to the free domain?

  Hi,

  For new domain registrations, you must cancel within 48 hours of purchase to receive a refund. There are no refunds, pro-rated or otherwise, after 48 hours.

  If you are within the refund period, head to your Manage Purchases page. To access this page, go to your profile and click “Manage Purchases” section of the left sidebar. Find the upgrade you’d like to refund in the list and select Cancel and Refund.

  Hi harrietblogg,

  The account you are contacting us from hasn’t purchased any upgrades yet. Which domain did you register by mistake? Please don’t post any transaction IDs here, the domain is the only information I need for now.
