  We have a paid annual subscription. On Friday we created a new user (email visible only to moderators and staff). The account was supposed to be transferred from ellenrabbit to to this new user. It does not appear to have been completed.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Please confirm the username or website URL for which you purchased the subscription. I am adding modlook tag here for staff intervention. This information will help them in providing you best possible support.

  The account you’re using to post here, webpage606253393, does not own any upgrades on WordPress.com. It only owns the free site, https://trinitybethorg.wordpress.com/, and is the only user on that site. It’s also not a user on any other sites owned by other accounts.

  The account was supposed to be transferred from ellenrabbit to to this new user.

  “webpage606253393” and “ellenrabbit” are WordPress.com username accounts. You cannot transfer an account to another account. You can only transfer a site, or upgrades on a site.

  If you want to transfer a site belonging to ellenrabbit to another user, you need to be logged in as ellenrabbit, and then follow the instructions here:

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/transferring-a-site-to-another-wordpress-com-account/

  Changing the email address on an account changes it for the entire account. It does not transfer any sites or upgrades belonging to that account to a different account/user.

  Or if you only want to transfer upgrades on the site to another admin, without transferring ownership of the site itself, please log in as ellenrabbit and reply here to confirm which upgrades on which sites you wish to transfer, and to which user account on the site.
