  Need to talk or chat with someone about why our site baysidebaskets55.com, hosted by WordPress is not showing up under the ‘My Site’ tab of help. We need help with a number of issues and need our information synched up. Please help.

  Hi,

  It appears that your website uses the self-hosted version of WordPress rather than WordPress.com, which is what this forum is designed to help with. Note the difference here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  If you want your self-hosted site to appear under the “My Sites” tab on WordPress.com, you’ll need to install the Jetpack plugin: https://jetpack.com/
