  I want to cancel and get refunded the $315 [redacted] and the $18 [redacted] that I did not authorize. I keep getting shut off out of this chat group. My name is Kelly Morgan [redacted]. I no longer have the (email visible only to moderators and staff) address. It is know (email visible only to moderators and staff). How soon can I expect a refund?
