Dear All, I trust this e-mail finds you well. I am experiancing the problem with my page. I can not contact my old page http://www.tenone.ch to this profile. It shows me generally error and I could not update and do anything. I did not updated the page since 2 years and as my collegue told me its an old them is that possible you update somhow my page and I am even ready to pay some amount.

I’m afraid that your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with hostfactory.ch.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
