  i tryed to rename domaine but it kept showing as old name brainof brand so I deleted old to keep just new beebuzzmarketing.com, but it still was an old name so I canceled in hope to create completely new with name I choose, beebuzzmarketing but now it shows I cant take it because its mapped, is there s anything I can fix?

  Hi there,

  It is not possible to rename a custom domain name. You can only replace it by buying a second domain.

  Cancelled domains are not released immediately, and it can take anything from a few days to over a year before a cancelled domain becomes available again, if at all, and beebuzzmarketing.com is not available yet to register again. But we can still restore the domain to your account.

  However, you were also refunded the registration fee when you cancelled that domain. I’m sending you a link via email that you can use to pay for the domain again.

  Please reply here once you’ve completed payment, and we can restore the domain to your account.

  Hi there,

  We’ve just received your payment for the domain. But as it has been several days since you cancelled the domain, it has already been removed from our system and it is no longer possible for us to restore it. I have refunded your payment.

  By this point the domain should already be released, and you should be able to register it again as a new domain wherever you want to use it.
