Need Help
-
I dont want to post in forums or just get generic answers from the website. Is there anyone that can contact me to either chat (if I can please send me a link) through the site or call me?

Hi there!

I have two sites on WordPress. Yesterday, I was working on them and everything was fine. Today, I couldn’t log in at all to either site, it is off the internet and I have this message. I have no idea how to fix this and I just paid over a month ago to upgrade my theme.
Warning: Use of undefined constant WP_CONTENT_DIR – assumed ‘WP_CONTENT_DIR’ (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home4/cornerme32/public_html/wp-includes/load.php on line 115
Your PHP installation appears to be missing the MySQL extension which is required by WordPress. -
What is the URL of your sites? It looks your sites aren’t hosted on the wordpress.com platform but use the open source wordpress.org.

@nelpaul14, there are no sites on the account you’re reaching out from. It does indeed look like you might be referring to a site hosted elsewhere.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites hosted elsewhere; we can only assist with sites hosted on our servers. You can read more about the differences between WordPress.org software and WordPress.com here:
https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/You will want to reach out to your host directly or check the community forums here: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/.
http://wordpress.org/support/ is also a great resource for sites using the open-source WordPress.org software.
