Good afternoon,
I don’t know why, I can’t log in to my WordPress account today. (email visible only to moderators and staff) is the
only email address I use for my WordPress account and I puted in the password correctly. I need help please.Thanks.

You are currently logged in under that account, otherwise you wouldn’t be able to post here under that account. ;)
Is there a specific site you’re trying to access? If so, what is the URL of that site?

Yes I know that is over there at Siteground, not here at WordPress.com. But I need to log in to my WordPress to continue building it unfortunately I can’t access my WordPress. When I try to log in this message appears: “Unknown email address. Check again or try your username.” However I use the correct email address.

To clear up any further confusion, there is WordPress.com and WordPress.org, and they are two different entities.
We, WordPress.com, are a cloud-based platform where we manage WordPress sites, whereas WordPress.org is stand-alone software that you can download and self-host with any other hosting.

While self-hosted sites can be connected to WordPress.com accounts via Jetpack, it doesn’t look like it’s the case for roseworldinternational.com. If you want to connect it to your account, you can follow the steps from here: https://jetpack.com/support/getting-started-with-jetpack/.

That is a self-hosted WordPress.org site, which we really can’t help with here.
To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
WordPress.org has complete documentation for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress.org at https://wordpress.org/support/ and support at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

I understand now why. I’m convinced that it’s because I’m a beginner. But I mean what I say sir. I always reach my site via https://roseworldinternational.com/wp-login.php using my email address (email visible only to moderators and staff) and my password.

However, as has been explained above, we cannot assist you because your site is not hosted with us here at WordPress.com. This means that we have no access to your site’s files or data.
You will need to talk to your current webhost’s support team.
