  Due to Covid our touring company close. Without an income stream we were unable to continue with the website. Thankfully we have resumed operations and would like to once again have a website. I have questions. Once we pay the annual fee, are the former pages of the website still available or do we start from over completely? Second, If memory serves me right, our web name was kingsplayer.org. Thiswas obtained by GoDaddy. Sadly the student who created our website is no longer with us so I am not sure what to do. IF it is possible to talk with an account representative, I would be grateful. my number is (redacted) Thank you in advance for your assistance in reactivating our account. David Allison

  Thanks for reaching out to us. I’ve had a look and can see that kingsplayer.org was registered through a different user account than the one that you’ve contacted us from.

  However, the domain has since expired, which is beneficial because you are able to register it again, as new, from whichever account you would like to use.

  I’d suggest going ahead and getting that domain secured before somebody else nabs it. Use the blue button under the first section on this support page: https://wordpress.com/support/domains/register-domain/

  You can now pay monthly for our plans, as well. Since y’all are just starting back up that might be helpful. But, if you can swing it, the annual payment option does save you more in the long run.

  Previously y’all were using the $25/month plan but you can probably start out with a lesser option like the $4/month or $8/month option. Take a look at those: https://wordpress.com/plans/

  And for your second question – Yes, the site still exists in the free version at https://kingsplayers279100133.wordpress.com/ and we can help you get the domain connected to that version of the site, or you can rebuild from scratch. Whatever works for y’all.
