    Hi,

    15 days ago I had purchased a Personal plan from you for whole year.
    I wanted to try Business plan, so I had upgraded from Personal plan to Business plan. But my site crashed because of plugins. So I wanted to revert and cancelled the plan.
    Now I’ve ended up in Free plan instead of Personal plan. Need your help on this. I want my personal plan back. I had purchased for whole year.

    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    Hello!

    In order to restore your Personal plan, we need to change your site from one that allows plugins to one that doesn’t. However, please keep in mind that this change will result in the deletion of all content on your site that was added after you upgraded to Business, including posts, pages, themes, media, and so on. If there is any content you wish to keep, please make sure to download or copy it to another location before we proceed with this process.

    I’ve successfully downgraded your site from the Business to the Personal. Also, I noticed that you had the domain zer0-knowledge.com connected. If you want to reconnect it you can do so by following these instructions:
