  How can I import/export my own theme here?

  I want to say ‘you can print it out and tape it to your computer screen’… but I won’t. WordPress.com does not allow uploading, or access to the back end stuff. They have (roughly) 200 +/- themes to choose from.

  You might want to check out http://wordpress.org or just find a host.
