need help

    I spent $99 dollars and I am now trying to import a theme from theme forest and I have no idea what’s going on
    I don’t know where my site is hosted? I don’t know how to upload. I do not have an .xml file in the files that I unzipped from the theme that I purchased. I just need some help.
    I don’t even know if I have installed word press yet?>
