NEED HELP

For whatever reason I can’t seem to access my admin account to create a ne wblog post. I did update some plug-ins and I think that is the problem. Across the top of my page I get this message:

I tried to go in the WordPress.com account and change the theme so I can fix whatever is going wrong with it but I can’t even do that. Can someone PLEASE tell me what to do here?

You’ve reached support for the free blogs hosted at WordPress.com. The site you’ve indicated is running a self-hosted/installed version of WordPress (using the free WordPress.org software).

You could try to go into your self-hosted website directory through your hosting’s control panel or FTP and delete the ‘Instagram for WordPress’ plugin folder. It’s located inside wp-content/plugins.
